Drie jaar is het intussen geleden dat de befaamde dotcom-zeepbel leegliep. Tussen 1997 en 2000 werd voor 400 miljard dollar in internetbedrijven gestopt. Het meeste van dat geld verdween, maar de technologie is er nog wel. Drie jaar na de feiten feiten blijft maar weinig over van het enthousiasme van weleer, ook al staat internet in bepaalde gevallen wel zijn mannetje. We zoeken in een reeks van vijf artikelen uit waar technologie zijn beloften wel heeft waargemaakt en werpen voorzichtig een blik naar de toekomst.
