Brussels and Warsaw on the European ecosystem
BRUSSELS/WARSAW - The European Innovation Summit (EIS) goes towards a European Innovation Ecosystem.
Or at least, that will be the main focus on the summit from the 10th to the 13th of October 2011. This third edition will simultaneously take place in Brussels and Warsaw. Respectively in the European Parliament and the Novotel Warsaw Centre.
In Warsaw the focus will be on adapting EU research and innovation policies to national and regional contexts, and on increasing synergies between different policy areas. Brussels, however, stresses the role of people and talent for innovation and the challenges of innovation funding and financing.
