Assestment Criteria
Each proposal will be assessed by the individual jurors on the basis of 9 criteria. For each criterion the juror will give a score of 0 (the proposal absolutely fails to meet the criterion) to 10 (the proposal fulfils the criterion completely).
The criteria have a relative weight in relation to each other; these weights are different for starters and seniors.
The end result is a score out of 1000. An average is taken from the scores that the 4 jurors award the proposal. A proposal that achieves an average of less than 600 out of 1000 will not be eligible for a work grant.
