Ayfer Erkul (1969) is a freelance journalist since 2016.
Ayfer worked for 20 years for the Belgian newspaper De Morgen. She specialized in terrorism, extremism, Islam and diversity and made reports in countries such as Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Guantanamo, Syria and Iraq. She has been working as a freelance journalist since 2016.
