'Over the past 15 years, I have been fortunate enough to work in government, the media, and the arts — often in environments where clarity and connection are particularly important.' I love delving into new topics, understanding how things fit together, and figuring out what makes a system work.

I am interested not only in writing reports, but also in the bigger picture: how organisations function, where they get stuck, and how thoughtful communication can help improve things. It is this aspect that fascinates me, and it is in this direction that I am developing."
