Itza Bocken is a Belgian-Mexican award-winning producer.

She holds a Bachelor's in Political Science (2011) and Sociology (2013), as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) (2015).

Currently based in Mérida, Mexico, she previously spent nearly a decade in Shanghai, working as a producer for commercial films before transitioning into documentary filmmaking.

In 2020, she joined Omma Films, a production company specializing in factual films for global TV and digital platforms.Her work includes the 2024 Gracie Award for Softball Warriors (VOA)as well as a Bronze NY TV & Film Award for Derailing Train Maya (VOA).
