Veerle Devos (aka Vos) studied History at the University of Ghent (Belgium) and has been operating in the field of journalism for many years, including lectures and seminars, features on urbanism, design, art, tourism and human interest for magazines and newspapers - such as DAMN° (since 2005) and The Bulletin. She co-founded Use-It Belgium, a vade mecum for young urban travellers. She's co-founder of the Office for Urban Reporting (O.U.R.), based in Brussels, a research centre and production house that investigates into and communicates about 21th century urbanization. In January 2012 she started Lisboneye, offering alternative visits for curious and independent travelers to Portugal, and is currently preparing a personal travel guide about Portugal.
