BRUSSELS - Perhaps the most challenging job for any journalist is reporting from a civil war, earthquake or other disaster. None of the usual norms and rules seems to apply and you are often forced to work alone in difficult and dangerous circumstances.

The European Journalism Centre (EJC) will offer this new course. Trainer Sean Crowley is an experienced multi-media journalist with extensive UN project management and training experience. The three-day course, 18 – 20 June 2008, will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The course fee is €1,200, with a 10 percent discount for each employee from the same media outlet.
