Rick van Dijk is a Dutch business economist. He has worked for organisations such as the Stimuleringsfonds voor de Journalistiek, the VVOJ, and the Utrecht Provincial Media Fund.
He graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a degree in Economics, after which he worked as a business economist at various hospitals.
From 1999 to 2015, he worked at the Stimuleringsfonds voor de Journalistiek, helping to shape its transition from a support fund to an incentive fund focused on innovation.
Since 2016, he has been involved with various associations and foundations through his company, Aggeris Media. He prefers to work at the intersection of policy and implementation, paying attention to both the big picture and the finer details.
