£2m boost for independent investigative journalism bureau

LONDON - Independent investigative journalism in Britain has just got a terrific boost. The Bureau of Investigative Journalism has been given a £2m grant by the Potter charity foundation.(Source: The Guardian).
A journalist from the Romanian Center for Investigative Journalism (RCIJ) will be spending the next three months as a Reporter-in-Residence at The New England Center for Investigative Reporting (NECIR) based at Boston University.
